Shipping Timescale
At Rozermed, we strive to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Once we receive your order, we will check our inventory. If the requested instruments are in stock, we will ship your order within one week. However, if the items are not currently available, they will need to go through our production process. The maximum time from production to shipping is 4 weeks, depending on the type of instruments and the quantity ordered.
Tracking Shipments
When we dispatch your order, we will provide you with the tracking number of the courier service we use. You can easily track your shipment on the courier’s website using this number.
Delays in Customs or Flights
Occasionally, shipments may experience delays due to customs issues or flight schedules. These situations are rare, but if they occur, the courier companies will always update the tracking information on their portals. In such cases, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
