Rozer Med accepts exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed surgical equipment and supplies within 30 days of the purchase date (14 days during sales periods), upon presentation of the original receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase. Your return will typically be processed within 7-10 business days. We'll send you a Return Notification email to inform you once the return has been completed.Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days after the return has been processed.
