Overview
Rozanmed Surgical Instruments offers a comprehensive return and warranty policy for their surgical instruments. They warrant all their instruments to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, Rozanmed Surgical Instruments will refund, repair, or replace it at their discretion.Surgical units and other electric equipment are guaranteed to be free from defects for one year. However, this warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care and reprocessing, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.To initiate a return, customers must complete a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form providing contact information, catalog and invoice numbers, lots and quantities, and a specific reason for the return. Rozanmed Surgical Instruments will then authorize or deny the request after reviewing the information. Only items appearing on an approved RMA form are acceptable for return.Returns for products shipped or ordered in error will not be accepted unless returned within 14 days of delivery. Except for products shipped in error, all returns are subject to a 30% handling/restocking charge if unused and in original packaging. Products returned without original packaging or not in resalable condition will receive no credit.Certain products are not eligible for return, including those shipped sterile for single-use, custom-made or customized items, products that have deteriorated due to improper handling or have been used/reprocessed, and discontinued items.
