      • Net 30 days from invoice date

      • Credit card payments incur a 3% surcharge

      • PayPal payments incur a 4% surcharge

      • Past due balances subject to a finance charge of 1.25% per month

        Return Policy

           

            • Authorization must be obtained prior to returning any merchandise

            • To obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, provide the following:

                 

                  • Customer name or number from original invoice

                  • Purchase Order number or Rozermed Invoice number

                  • Item numbers and quantities to be returned

                  • Reason for return request

              • RGA number must accompany all returned products

              • Products must be shipped to Rozermed’s office unless otherwise instructed

              • Use original shipping containers and packing materials if possible

              • Products returned in good condition within 30 days will receive full credit

              • Customer must provide tracking number for return shipment

              • Return shipment must be received by the date given with the RMA

              • Returns received after the RMA date will not be accepted

              • Shipping charges are due in full for expedited shipments and returns after 30 days

              • Products will be inspected upon return, with credit issued within 10 days, except scopes which will be credited after manufacturer inspection

              • Certain products may be excluded from this policy, including sterile products, missing items, diamond knives, I/A tips, Bipolar Forceps, K-Wires, Steinman Pins, equipment, custom instruments, and sterilization trays (which may incur a restocking fee)

              • Products distributed by Rozermed with the original manufacturer’s name will follow the original manufacturer’s return policy
